Brutally Honest Property Advice — From Someone Who Actually Cares About the Outcome

Brutally Honest Property Advice — From Someone Who Actually Cares About the Outcome

Most estate agents want you to like them.

I want you to get the result.

That means telling you the truth about your price, your presentation, your buyers, your strategy, and your chances of selling — even when that truth is uncomfortable.

Because the reality is this:

A lot of homeowners do not lose money because the market is bad.
They lose money because they trust the wrong agent.

They pick the one who flatters them.
The one who overvalues to win the instruction.
The one who talks a great game in the living room and disappears the second things get difficult.

That is not how I work.

I built this business for people who want the truth

I’m not here to charm you into a contract.

I’m here to help you make smart decisions, protect your sale, and give you the best possible chance of walking away with the highest net result the market will realistically allow.

That might mean helping you choose the right estate agent.
It might mean fixing a sale that has gone stale.
It might mean project-managing the whole thing properly from launch to completion.
And sometimes, it means telling you not to sell yet.

Whatever the answer is, I’ll give it to you straight.

Why I care so much

Before estate agency, I served in the Parachute Regiment.

That shaped how I see the world.

I believe your job is to protect people, not exploit them.
To stay calm under pressure.
To tell the truth.
To do the work properly.
And to take responsibility when things matter.

That mindset never left me.

It is a huge part of how I operate in property.

To me, selling someone’s home is not just a transaction.
It is a massive financial and emotional event in their life.
If an agent gets it wrong, the fallout is real: lost money, failed chains, wasted months, stress at home, and opportunities that never come back.

That is why I take this seriously.

What makes me different

Most agents focus on one thing: getting your home on the market.

I focus on what happens after that.

For example above, same road, properties exactly the same time, different agent. Which home stops the scroll...?

Because that is where sales are won or lost.

I think deeply about:

  • pricing strategy
  • buyer psychology
  • launch timing
  • competition in the market
  • deal structure
  • qualification of buyers
  • negotiation leverage
  • sale progression
  • protecting your onward move

Anyone can stick a home on Rightmove.

Very few people know how to position it properly, create leverage, qualify buyers hard enough, negotiate well, and hold a chain together under pressure.

My sale sold within 4 days of being marketed. Achieved £325,000 over asking and completed within 60 days.

The other was left on the market free falling.

That is where I do my best work.

I am not for everyone

If you want an agent who will tell you whatever you want to hear, I’m not your guy.

If you want someone who will overvalue your home just to win the business, definitely not.

If you want fluff, jargon, fake urgency, or long contracts designed to trap you, you will hate how I work.

But if you want honesty, strategy, accountability, and someone who actually gives a damn about the outcome, we’ll probably get on very well.

How I help sellers

I work with homeowners in a few different ways, depending on what they need.

Free strategic valuation call
For sellers who want a straight answer on price, positioning, and what needs to happen next.

Paid audit for homes that aren’t selling
For homeowners who are already on the market and want to know what is actually going wrong.

Done For You sale management
For sellers who want me involved properly from start to finish.

My view on estate agency

Estate agency should not be built around pressure.

It should be built around truth, skill, and execution.

You should not be tied into ridiculous contracts.
You should not be pushed into pointless price reductions.
You should not be left chasing your own agent for updates.
And you definitely should not be expected to just “trust the process” when the process is clearly failing.

A good agent should be able to explain exactly what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how it helps you get a better result.

That is the standard I believe in.

The bottom line

I built this brand for sellers who are tired of the nonsense.

People who want proper advice.
Proper strategy.
Proper accountability.

No fluff.
No games.
No being trapped.

Just the truth — and a clear plan.

If that sounds like the kind of help you want, you’re in the right place.
